From the fibre to the recycler — and back

Every link in the supply chain — measured, proven and reported

Brands, factories, mills, forwarders and recyclers share one set of data for sustainability, Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, worker safety and circularity — so every report, every claim and every product passport rests on records, not promises. Ready for what European and American law, and your customers, now ask.

One shared

truth

Fibre: farms & recyclers

Why now

The rules have changed on both sides of the Atlantic

Pick a law to see what it asks — and how shared, verified data answers it.

EU · Circularity

Separate collection of textiles

Since Jan 2025

What it asks

Member states must collect used textiles separately from other waste.

What shared data gives you

Take-back, resale, repair and recycling recorded per product, so collected volumes and outcomes are known.

A summary as of October 2026. Dates and scope can change; this is not legal advice.

Who gains

The whole chain wins — not just the brand

Choose your place in the supply chain.

Scope 3 from suppliers’ measured data instead of averages

Due-diligence evidence on safety, hours and grievances — without exposing a single worker

Green claims that are proven before they are made

A product passport and QR code for every item, ready for EU rules

Scope 1, 2 and 3

Carbon accounting is more than calculating emissions

Measure, manage, report and reduce — with an audit trail from every figure back to its evidence.

  • Raw materials and fibre
  • Suppliers’ own activities
  • Transport and logistics
  • Use of the product — washing and care
  • End of life — reuse, recycling, disposal
  • Everything up- and downstream

For most brands, more than nine-tenths of emissions sit here. Instead of estimating from spend, use the footprints your suppliers actually measured — lot by lot.

More than a number

Carbon accounting as a workflow

  1. 1Collect reliable activity data
  2. 2Apply the right factors, with their sources
  3. 3Calculate
  4. 4Find the hotspots
  5. 5Report to the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064
  6. 6Act — and keep improving

Verified figures stay frozen; a correction is a restatement with its reason. Offsets never change the footprint — nothing is called “carbon neutral”.

How it works

Data recorded once, trusted everywhere

1

Recorded where it happens

At the meter, the gate, the waste yard, the cutting table, the mill — by the people who know.

2

Checked and sealed

Evidence attached, checked by someone else, sealed so it cannot change silently.

3

Shared with permission

Each party sees what it needs — the customer, the brand, the auditor, the regulator.

4

Reported and verified

The same data becomes every report: carbon, sustainability, safety, the product passport.

Nobody marks their own homework

Entries are checked by someone else; auditors work in their own space.

Nothing changes silently

Sealed records, versions and restatements with reasons.

One QR code for the customer

The same facts the regulator sees, on the label.

Reports

Every report says where its figures come from

Each opens with what it is and who it is for, links every line to its record, and ends with an audit trail of its sources. A figure that is not recorded is shown as not recorded — never estimated. Printed in your company’s own theme.

ESG report

Environmental, social and governance by GRI, from your records — published, frozen and shared with the companies you trade with; read theirs side by side.

Product and order sustainability

Per product: materials, manufacturing, safety, traceability, circularity and a weighted score. Per production order: GRI tables for the share of the batch it used.

Environmental report per order

Energy, land preparation, raw material, fuel and carbon down the order’s chain of batches, with the factor and source behind each figure.

Social compliance

Health and safety, benefits, well-being, gender equality and women’s rights — from HR, incident and audit records, with the gaps listed before an audit.

Transparency and visibility dashboards

Your suppliers’ and customers’ shared figures side by side, and your own against the standard ranges you set.

Traceability

For each product batch, the chain from fibre to garment: company, country, quantities and process data, every step linked to its sealed batch.

The order file

Everything about one order on one page — PO, quotes, sizes and colours, tech pack, BOM, samples, production plan, inspections, shipping, invoices and payments.

Accounting

Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance and general ledger — every account opens its ledger, every line its journal entry and source document.

Production planning (APS)

Finite-capacity scheduling on the factory’s own lines and calendar, suggestions checked by re-scheduling, and an AI planner that explains the plan.

Quality check points per product

Each product’s own check points by process, with method, tolerance and critical flags, alongside the company-wide ones used on the floor.

The product passport, in any design

The same verified content in eight designs; each registered garment with its size, colour, serial and its carbon over the years it is worn.
